4. Payment Terms

For short-term projects, payment is accepted via direct debit at the time of service. For larger projects, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur interest charges. All pricing and fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Liability and Warranty

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, TK Pro Property Maintenance is not liable for any damages beyond our control, including acts of nature, third-party negligence, or misuse of services. Any complaints or claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

7. Intellectual Property
